This institution was established in 1955 at the University of Florida, and offers an intensive English program. This program prepares international students to enter an undergraduate or graduate degree programs at most of the universities in the States. The intensive content of the English programs also helps those students to improve their language skills for either personal or professional advancement. ELI also signifies in developing students cultural understanding and adjusting in Northern American life by experiencing through lots of activities.
