Student Residence (Off Campus) Location: Greenville Tech Foundation Housing1433 Cleveland St. Greenville, SC 29607 Room Type: 2 Bedroom Apartment; Single Occupancy Per BedroomMeals: Not included. There are several restaurants and a supermarket within walkingdistance.Min Age: 18 Key/Damage: $150 Description: All apartments have 2 PRIVATE BEDROOMS and 2 PRIVATEBATHROOMS. Each student will have a private bedroom, desk and closet area. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave with basic cookware, utensils, silverware and dishes provided. One set of linens and towels per student are supplied upon check-in, but students are responsible for the purchase of cleaning and household supplies and food. Students clean their own rooms and share responsibility for cleaning the apartment during their stay. Washers and dryers are inthe building but additional charges apply. Males & females are placed in separate apartments although apartment floors are coed. American students of GTF also live inthe same facility and may reside on the same floor. Campus Police are on duty twenty-four hours a day seven days a week for security. Thereis one resident assistant for the apartment building. GTF Student Housing makes all of your classes within walking distance and it provides all residents a college community within which to live. Residents of GTF Student Housing will be able to easily connect with other students through programs and activities offered by the Officeof Student Activities that take place at the facility. Additionally, there is an exercise room, computer stations, a game area, bicycle parking and laundry facility on site. Clemson’sInternational Center for Automotive Research offers an advanced-technology research campus where academia, industry andgovernment organizations collaborate.South Carolina has warm summers (June, July and August). Winters are mild compared to the North, but can have some cool weather and occasional snow.
