This top accredited public two-year college provides international students personal attention, small classes, and offers an affordable cost of living in a safe city surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Pacific Northwest. International students can apply for scholarship ranging from $500 to $2,000 after arriving on campus. When it's time to transfer to a 4-year university, some schools offer a special scholarship based on GPA when transferring from SPSCC.
