Homestay Homestay is the best way to experience the New Zealand way of life. Single and twin-share options are available. All DynaSpeak’s Homestays are inspected regularly by DynaSpeak staff. When you arrive in New Zealand you will be met personally by DynaSpeak’s Co-ordinator and taken to your Homestay to meet your Homestay host.
Student Residence Dynaspeak's Student Residences are modern high-rise apartments in the city centre so you can walk to school.There is a full range of options including air-conditioning, ADSL broadband in the room, telephone, laundry facilities and even cafes in the building. There are studio, one, two and three room suites and room-share is available. Let us know what you want and we will make all the arrangements.

Apartments (flatting) For Dynaspeak English students who are ready to live more independently, the school can assist you with the process of finding an apartment or house-share, either with New Zealanders or with other international students. This option is suitable for longer-term students who have already settled into New Zealand life.

I was in
Dyanspeak in Oakland for 5 months for language study. I took General English
course, and this course deals with daily life English and communication. Also
you get to learn more specific details in grammar and so on. There are grammar,
writing, reading classes for 3 hours, and speaking class for 2 hours. Speaking
class consists of small group members, so it is a good focus for 2 hours. In
writing class, teachers directed us through specific detailed advice. The best
thing about this course is that I get to learn English in English, meaning no Korean
is involved, so this improved my listening skills simultaneously. Of course you
have to review and preview for class to improve your English, but since you get
to live among the English natives, it is more like you get accustomed to English.
I improved so much that I now communicate well in English. Furthermore, my advices
are to home-stay or live in a shared apartment with international friends. Not
only you have more chance to speak English, but also you can get along with new
friends and hang around together. All in all, living alone is a bad idea!
저는 오클랜드에 있는 Dynaspeak 에서 5개월동안 어학연수를 마치고 왔어요. 일반 영어프로그램은 보통의 영어수업처럼 전반적인 영어과정을 조금더 집중적으로 배우는 프로그램이에요. 문법,어휘,작문,리딩 수업을 3시간 듣고, 스피킹수업은 2시간동안 듣게되요. 스피킹수업은 소규모 클래스여서 2시간동안 집중하기 좋고 인원이 적다보니 말할기회가 많이 생겨서 좋았어요. 문법이나 작문수업도 다양한 방법으로 꼼꼼하게 가르쳐주셔서 좋았어요. 무엇보다 한국어로 배우던 문법이나 어휘수업도 영어로 배우다보니 배우는 과정에서도 리스팅이 늘게되요. 물론 어학연수도 그날 배운 것들을 복습하고 계속 공부해서 학문적으로 익히는 것도 중요하긴한데, 어학연수 자체에서 외국인들과 계속 부딪치고 함께 생활하다보니 영어를 배운다기 보다는, 영어를 익힌다는 말이 더 잘 맞는것 같아요. 저도 영어를 많이 익혀서 이제 얼마든지 의사소통은 가능하게 됫어요. 그리고 이왕이면 혼자 살기보다는 홈스테이를해서 집에서도 영어를 사용하거나, 아니면 차라리 외국인 친구들이랑 살면서 같이 영어공부도하고 놀기도하는게 좋은 것 같아요. 어쨋든 혼자 지내는건 정말 비추입니다!
